Who We Are

Longhini Property Management was founded in 2021 by Helena Longhini and was joined by her husband Eric in 2023. Pine Road Realty was founded at the end of 2025. Between the two of them, Helena and Eric have over 25 years of hospitality and management experience. Eric's background includes construction, manufacturing, corporate hospitality and cooking.  Helena's background includes film & television production, corporate hospitality management, cooking and real estate services.  Throughout their careers they have honed their skills at renowned places such as; The American Club in Kohler, WI, Vail Resorts in Vail, CO, The Food Network in New York, and many other establishments from coast to coast.  This well rounded duo and their trained team are here to help accommodate any request big or small!
