Who We Are

LPM was founded in 2021 by husband and wife duo, Eric and Helena Longhini. Between the two of them, they have over 25 years of hospitality and management experience. Eric's background includes construction, manufacturing, corporate hospitality and cooking.  Helena's background includes corporate management and hospitality, cooking and agriculture/landscape maintenance.  Throughout their careers they have honed their skills at renowned places such as; The American Club in Kohler, WI, Vail Resorts in Vail, CO, The Food Network in New York, and many other establishments from coast to coast.  This well rounded duo and their trained team are here to help accommodate any request big or small!
